When you request a quote, accept a quote, or book a fitting we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your vehicle make, model, year and registration
• The fitting address or postcode
• Photos of the damage that you choose to upload
• Payment confirmation details from our payment processor (we never see or store your full card number)

We use this information only to quote, schedule, complete and guarantee your windscreen work, and to send you the receipts, reminders and follow-ups directly related to your job.

The £50 booking deposit and all final payments are taken through Stripe, an industry-standard PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout — we don't see or store the card number, expiry or CVC. Klarna and Clearpay are offered through Stripe at checkout.

The £50 deposit is fully refundable up to the day before your fitting and is credited against your final bill on the day.

• • All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS (TLS).
• • Customer records are held in an access-controlled database with row-level security — only authorised staff accounts can read your job.
• • Photos you upload are stored in private buckets and only served via short-lived signed links to people working on your job.
• • Staff and technician accounts are protected by individual logins with role-based permissions; technicians can only see jobs assigned to them.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it for marketing. We do use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Stripe — card and Klarna / Clearpay payments
• Mailgun — sending your quote, receipts and reminder emails
• Mapbox — showing your fitting address on a map
• DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service — looking up vehicle details from your registration
• Google Analytics & Google reCAPTCHA — measuring site usage and blocking spam form submissions

We keep job records for as long as needed to honour your lifetime workmanship guarantee and to meet our UK accounting and tax obligations. Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we're no longer required to keep it. We use a small number of cookies: strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
